Project Assistant

LUXEM at the University of Pavia invites applications for a position of Project Assistant. The position is within the framework of the ERC StG ULTRAIMAGE and ERC PoC HYPER projects supervised by Prof. Giulia Fulvia Mancini, for a duration of 2–years (with the possibility of an extension).

JOB DESCRIPTION & TASKS

The candidate shall:

Foster the practical implementation of the projects’ activities (e.g. conferences, training schools/research periods), supervising purchase orders, budget, documentation
Support the P.I. in drafting official reports
Coordinate communication & dissemination strategies of the LUXEM research group via social media and website
Update LUXEM group profiles, website & blogs

TYPE OF CONTRACT

Temporary contract for work and service
Initially limited to two years
Full-time employee (37,5 hours a week)
Workplace: Laboratory for Ultrafast X-ray and Electron Microscopy (LUXEM), University of Pavia (Italy)
Estimated starting date: as soon as possible.
